With 30 years estate agency experience, 20 of which since starting D W Smith & Co. David’s career as an estate agent started with a local independent in 1988. Having worked throughout Bristol and Bath, David also was a training manager for a large corporate estate agent covering Oxford to Exeter. Highly experienced in property sales and Lettings, land and property acquisition, David is still very involved in front line sales and valuing.
