We accompany ALL viewings – always

Prior to viewing we pre-qualify prospective tenants and make sure we always accompany them on a viewing. This is partly to understand their needs, but mostly so we can gauge what they might be like as tenants of your property.

Thorough referencing

Carrying out a thorough reference requires specialist skills, so we employ an independent reference company to check all applicants’ credit history, current employment and accommodation status.

We keep in regular contact with applicants to guide them through the referencing process and support them through to move-in. Our online referencing platform ensures a quick turnaround once a tenant is found.

Meet the tenants

If tenants pass all the checks, we can even arrange for you to meet them before progressing should you wish.

Detailed inventories

Inventories are an important snapshot of what a property was like when the tenants move in, providing evidence to avoid disputes when they move out.
